Tarita is a Business Excellence professional with over two decades in IT, ITeS and Pharmaceutical domains with top global organizations like Thomson Reuters, IBM, GE and Pfizer. She leads the Process Excellence and Transformation practice for Legal Managed Services at EY Global Delivery Services. She leads a team of continuous improvement professionals who drive efficiency and effectiveness for both internal stakeholders and end clients.

Prior to joining the Legal Managed Services team, Tarita was a part of IBM India for over 12 years. At IBM, Tarita has worn many hats. Her most recent role was that of a country leader for the Lean Center of Excellence. She has also been a Quality Leader/Master Black Belt for the India/South Asia IT Delivery center, a global Six Sigma training and certification leader and a business unit quality head amongst others

Prior to joining IBM, Tarita has worked with GE Capital and Pfizer.

In her free time, Tarita likes to read fiction and watch movies.
