Latha has over 16 years of experience in the Software Industry and has held various strategic and operational leadership positions at Information Edge, Photon Interactive and currently BankBazaar.com.
She has worked across multiple countries as well as multiple regions within India. Her expertise lies in building organisation and teams from the grassroot level.She is passionate about woman empowerment and gender equality and is a part of the steering committee for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) in Photon and BankBazaar.
Latha has completed her engineering from Bits-Pilani and MBA from ISB and is currently pursuing her fellowship programme with ISB.Latha is an avid coach and follower of Agile practices at work as well as tries to implement it in personal projects.
